Still Standing. Still Building.

Still Standing. Still Building.

In 2024, I lost a first job at the peak of success.

My teams were delivering visible, fast, undeniable outcomes. But fragile new leadership saw impact as a threat.

So I was pushed out. No explanation. No accountability.

That company is collapsing now. But the ones who delivered were the first to go.

I found a second opportunity.
To make it work, I built a company just to keep serving them properly as a professional.

They fired me again even though, in less than two quarters, we had put things back on track. There was no reason. And there are signs the company may be heading toward decline anyway.

And now, the French government, which claims to support entrepreneurs, punishes that very effort.
Unjustified retroactive taxes. Accusations. Sanctions for having done things legally.

We are fighting to keep our house.
Fighting to protect what we built.
Fighting to move forward, not because it is easy, but because the work still matters.

I keep writing.
I keep thinking.
I keep evangelising real stories of platform transformation lived, proven, delivered.

I am willing, even eager, to do more.
To consult. To teach. To support teams who want to evolve.
And I am not afraid of working 24/7 if that is what it takes to get through.

But it is hard.

Hard to break through the noise.
Hard to compete with hype and wishful thinking.
Too many believe AI will replace the very experience they never cared to build.

(No offense my favourite LLM but you do not replace field scars with synthetic summaries.)

Still, I will not lower the bar.
I will not build junk.
I will not sell convenience disguised as progress.

If you are building something real, something that deserves people who think, care, and deliver, I am here.

Not defeated.
Not compliant.
Still building.

And if your system wants to get rid of me ...

You will have to kill me to do it.
